In more positive news, why YES, there IS a Fisher Poets Gathering at this year’s Expo! We’ll be 11:30 to 1 pm on Thursday the 29th, and the line-up is Pat Dixon, Dave Densmore, Dano Quinn, Abigail Culkin, Tom Hilton, and me. It’d be WONDERFUL to see you there. Talked to Greg and Amy about their trip down. I’m glad it went well for you too. Still in Oregon, the weather has gotten ratty NW and the fishing has gotten spotty. Ran over a crab pot and it got into the starboard side, lost the inside deep and stripped the tip and float, lost a 60 and a 50. Jonathan just slid into Newport from tuna. He had an experience to quote him. Nice on the beach, was at least 68 today. Got to go to Juneau next weekend for ATA board, not looking forward to cold rain after this long long summer.

Is there a fisher poet at expo gathering? I suppose I’d better figure out if I can attend.
